This article examines the external environmental factors affecting the stability of control and video data transmission in FPV unmanned aerial vehicles. In particular, the influence of terrain, distance, weather conditions, and the external electromagnetic environment on radio communication quality is analyzed. The article considers such aspects as signal stability, transmission delay, communication interruptions, and changes in image quality during the transmission of control and video data. Practical observation and evaluation criteria are presented in a simple and accessible form. In addition, the main indicators that can be used to compare communication quality under different external environmental conditions are presented.
